Cashier was slow and not very with it. Husband had to go in store 2 times to get gas pump turned on after paying.

It is the same experience every time I make a stop here. I'm greeted with a smile as I walk through the door, after getting... whatever I choose to drink from the coolers I make my way to the register I am always asked about how my day is going and Iengage in a little banter while they ring up my stuff they always do the right thing and card me every time I ask for a pack ofsmokes or happened to walk up with an adult beverage even though they know who I am because I stopped there four or five times aweek which is great because they're doing what they're supposed to do in those cases. However I can definitely feel The straincoming from the employees because they are definitely short staffed. They never complain out loud but because I have a hugebackground career in the retail field and specialized retail field, they don't have to say it I can sense it so kudos to themfor taking the higher Road and wearing a smile. The 5 star rating here is for the cafe only. T.K. in the deli, specifically. We were lucky to have had him as our preparer for... the first time a couple months ago. He asked if there were any special additions for our pizza. It was perfect. Then we've hadhim make us sandwiches. He has a winning personality and is very much a true people person. He is friendly and helpful to everycustomer that we've seen him interact with. We've run into several rude and inept cashier's here and items are often in thewrong places with incorrect prices in the convenience store section. We stop here because it is conveniently located and has theproducts we need to buy on our way in and out of town. With 7-11 taking it over we are hoping the store will improve. If TK isworking we will most likely buy something from the cafe as well. Read more

Paid for 15 in gas prepaid but When I pumped my gas in stopped at 8 I was going to work kinda late normally wouldnt have noticed... it but I did so I went in told cashier he said he would set me for remaining amount I believe is 7 well I hung pump up startedto pump the rest only got 5 had to go in a third time. My macchiato.they put a flat coffee lid on top of my extra chocolatetopping on whipped cream which was melted and gone time I got all the gas issues took care of.so yes bad visit. Read more

Everytime I decide to go there something is wrong or it takes at least 15 to 20 mins to fix my food which is always a personal... pizza. I've registered THREE cards with my phone number and it's never in the system when I try to use it. Not to mention ITSALWAYS NASTY IN THE STORE. I wish it was like the speedway in Manchester TN. Their customer service is wonderful the store iswelcoming and they are very fast. Plus the Manchester store is very clean. Read more

I usually go here to get my food: sandwiches, pizza, coffee...etc. Last night was the second worst night I've ever received a... thrown together, not what I ordered sandwich. Since there is a touch screen order kiosk I thought the lady would have followedwhat I actually ordered. I didn't think I had to stand there and tell her what to put on my sandwich since Speedway is notSubway. I'm not sure if the lady that attempted to make my sub sandwhichs was tired or what...but the night shift between thehours of 5pm-10pm will never have my service again. Day shift is where it is. I will start getting lunch here. The day shift isway more friendly and they make my sandwich the way I love it. SHOUT OUT TO DAY SHIFT!!! KEEP IT UP! Read more

Always long lines sure does not reflect it's name. Never enough cashier's working! The drink machines most offen the slushie... only has 2 or 3 flavors working , most offen no tops for the drinks and the drink bar is always stickie and nasty. But the worstexperience came a couple of days ago. We have a set of copons, one being for a free smoothie No where on the coupon, is any typeof limits listed to receive a smoothie, nor is there a warning sign on the self serve not being included as the free smoothie!! So we get what we though was a free smoothie, go to check out , ( as we did have money and was buying other items). Cashiersaid that was not the free one , I asked her to show me information on the coupon. She could not. She called the manager who wasVERY RUDE and unhelpful, wanted me to pay for the self serve smoothie. I advised that I would not and if they did no honor thecoupon, that would be false avertisement ! She screamed at the cashier to let me have it. It was not the point that we could notpay. But, a company as large as Speedway, should have a advertisement team to get it right ! Not impessed at all, will stay at Mapco. Read more
