The lady at the drive up was sarcastic. Not friendly at all. The staff isn't friendly at all anymore. And y'all need to open the... Buffet back up because since they no longer do it it's just not a good place to eat anymore. If the staff keeps being rude we'lltake our business elsewhere. Read more
Very nice. I bought 2 crispy breast meals with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. One had green beans and the other corn.
I got a #1 drum and thigh today in drive thru. The chicken was either overcooked or left sitting for hours. The biscuit was so... hard that when I tried to cut it in half, it shattered like a cracker. And I'm not exagerating. The only thing really fit toeat was the slaw that I got instead of potatoes. We ordered a simple pot pie combo and a three piece chicken combo. The pot pie carrots were still crunchy in the. The chicken... combo was supposed to be extra crispy, but was regular. My Father?s Day meal supposed to be a16 piece meal they were a little short on the chicken so my wife settled for 8 wings... supposed to be 4 breasts and 4 tenders so I think we were being very generous with them so what a surprise it was when we gothome and had 8wings 2 breasts and no tenders why? I don?t understand why the fryers are turned off so early , I as a young manwork as a cook , it seamed that we cared about our customers if they ordered food 5 minutes before closing we cooked it , itseams to me that that one simple rule has been forgotten by KFC ! I ordered a large sized order. I was not told of what the special offer entailed. I also ordered 3 large sides extra. I am... missing my half this 50 dollar order. I am not pleased and the customer service is horrible. The person taking my order had anattitude. The cashier took my payment and then nonchalantly laid my receipt to the other side of the register for both orders. Ihad to turn around and order another meal because one was missing only to get home and find that more of my original order wasmissing. I don't live close so this is a major disappointment and lesson learned. It takes 10 seconds to double check your work.It takes zero effort to smile. Next time I will literally sit there in the line and make sure it is all there. Not to mention Isat and waited on this order for over 20 mins. Read more
We pulled up in the drive through and placed an order at 6:18 for two classic chicken sandwich combos, one with no mayo, and one... pot pie. They said the fillets would be an 11 minute wait. Fine. After waiting 23 minutes, I go inside and they're bagging it.Okay still fine. Get out to the car and find both sandwiches have mayo. Go back inside to get the problem fixed due to the foodallergy of the person that no mayo was ordered for, also told them why I'm complaining. The manager acted like it was our faultand could hear her talking about looking at the receipt, which was never asked for. Get the food home and the chicken in thereplacement sandwich was not fully cooked. We were the only car there the whole time and they don't close until 9:00. Do better. Read more
