When you can get in to eat in the food is pretty good. The main problem here is they just lock the doors ?and go to drive-thru... only in the middle of the day the last two times we?ve tried to dine here. I?ve never seen anything like it! Just had a fresh cooked wonderful meal. There was nothing lacking here today. Kayla was on our receipt so I hope she was the... kind lady waiting on us. This used to be a great store but tonight on Saturday September 18th at Tullahoma tn location we wasn't aware they were closing... at 7pm no biggie I waited in line I know atleast 10 mins yet again no problem with that. The guy gave me my food and I get homeopen everything up getting ready to have a great meal and..................the fries were hard as a rock, hush puppies were sorubbery and the fish was rubbery and not to mention redipped to reheat so they didn't have to cook again. I called the store thelady manager that answered off the rip had an attitude and was quick to tell me I was wrong,that she cooked it fresh. In orderto even attempt to eat it I had to put it in my air fryer to somewhat revive this crop. I understand being short handed but comeon now. Get it together cause we love captain ds. Read more
