Buger King is the only place you can get a charred buger in our town of Tullahoma, TN. I don't know what's changed about my... favorite Buger place, I used to be able to enjoy a great charred double whooper with cheese. The quality and presentation havenot been great the last year or so. From the tiny lettuce pieces that welt with the condiments that are sprayed on. Not tomention receiving them looking smashed. The location on 56 expressway drive is very mediocre.. At some times you can get a pretty decent meal, but it's like 70% of the... time your meal is wrong or cold. There's always someone rude at the drive window except for one guy. If you happen to stop by atnight they may try to tell you they dont serve certain stuff after a certain time. Makes sense in some cases, but most of thetime it just seems like no one's wants to work inside.. I advise everyone to ALWAYS check your bag here!! They seem to only hearwhat they want to here. I ordered a new Southwestern Bacon burger. The guy at the window was very abrupt, I never got a receipt, and when I got home,... there was no bacon on my burger. When I spend $11+ on a meal for myself, I expect to get what I ordered. Read more
Burger King is great food to me always. However while eating breakfast someone I assumed was a district supervisor because of... the extremely loud and obnoxious conversation he held the whole time I was eating. Another time the shift manager was very iratewith two young men who were horsing around while working. I don't like drama so it was uncomfortable to say the least. Read more
Great experience today at the Tullahoma BK. Leanne worked the register like a pro, was personable and precise in taking our... order. Nice place. Clean & well-maintained. Everyone seems to be trying. This is noteworthy because the management on duty is not... leadership material. I've never seen a manager talk down to an employee like that and purposefully belittle them in front of acustomer. Ex-customer now. No wonder there's a labor shortage. Minimum wage is not the thing keeping people there. People quitbosses and co-workers. My advice is that if that kinda thing is common. Upper management should be contacted so that they havesome bs seminar that doesn't help, because there's already an endemic infestation of wrong personality types in thosepositions. But while they're gone, take notes of efficiencies changed with a different management style. I would so volunteerfort that anthropological study. Read more
Of all burger King I have been to ever employee ask I like all vegetables on my hamburgers what are all vegetables they name... them off this burger King didn't ask no question me think it will come w/ lettuce no lettuce or tomatoes. R hamburgers came w/meat cheese & Pickles&onion & it was sit out meat cool. Then I tell the employee NO CHEESE on my kids chicken sandwich she willget sick it had cheese had to take it off my other kids sandwich was right. But all my food was cool. At this point I didn't sayanything I'm hungry so I left it alone & dealed w/it. Will not return back there again. I hope other customers have betterexperience then I did.
