My only... complaint is some of the female life guards seem to be more into talking to each other rather than actually paying attention.Other than that the owner was super nice and the price is reasonable. I?ve been coming to this park since I was a little girl and now that I have my own child I have been bringing him since he was a... little boy. Never had any problems. This year he wanted to do a birthday party here. I called in May to ask about birthdaypackage prices and spoke to a lady named Carolyn. My first impression of her was that I was annoying her with all my pricingquestions. She quoted me $105 for a birthday package that included pizza soda tokens and tables. I made my $25 deposit onlineand invited the kids for June 22. The day of the party I called in the morning to confirm the reservations and the remainingbalance. I?m a single mother with one income So just wanted to make sure everything was set. The same Lady Carolyn answeredwith the same annoyed attitude. I figured that it was pretty hectic over there and got my remaining balance which was $87 forthe birthday package. (Now just a sidenote $105 for two extra large pizzas and 40 tokens with soda is extremely overpriced however I was under the impression that also included the slides). Great deal right...I mean Why would we have a birthday partyat a waterslide Park and only eat pizza and not go on the slides? As I was ordering a few extra sides I saw that my balance was$300. I freaked out and asked for a price breakdown. That is when they began to tell me that the reservations do not includethe slides. After calling twice I was never informed that there would be an additional fee for the slides. Even when I pickedup the wristbands the lady asked if I was doing an all day pass for the kids and I said ?yeah isn?t that what in thereservation?? She didn?t say yes and she didn?t say no she just gave me 10 wristbands and charge me $20 per kid plus the $105birthday reservation.
