i ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos without cheese, and i specifically told them to not add cheese as well, yet they... slathered it all over my burrito. i ordered again to correct the order while requested a side red sauce, and i swear it had theleast amount of red sauce i've ever had while eating from taco bell. dont go to this taco bell. the burritos i received wereburnt and the smallest burritos known to existence. The restroom that's "only available to customers", and not door dashers, didn't have any soap. Seems pretty unsanitary for their... customers. Apparently next time I won't be let in since it's only for customers and door dashers aren't delivering to theircustomers apparently. Read more
Unless you get specific and ask for fresh chalupa shells, they?ll serve you cold, old, hard ones. Disappointing, especially... since the combo is over 10$. Read more
No water on self ordering kiosk. When I asked worker after ordering without, she said they don?t give our water cups. That?s not... very reasonable when a customer just wants a water. Read more
Why have online ordering if it doesn?t make picking up any faster??!! I ordered my food online at 11:45 order said ready for... pick up by noon. Got there and no one greeted me. They said someone would be of service to help I waited patiently for about 8min and lady stayed at drive thru and kept taking orders as a long line of people were lining up behind me: Finally I let herknow I have an online order I need to pick up and she stated she don?t have it then I said I have my order # can u look it up bythat she said no. So i finally gave her my name and showed her the order then she said she still didn?t have it then I said itagain and finally she found it on her screen and started to make the order. It?s ridiculous the horrible customer service shownhere most likely by the manager herself. Get your act together and help walking in customers or at least have an area where Iam able to check in my online order. drive thru customers are not the only important ones ! This location is particularly better than others. The inside is remodeled new and nice. It's kept well and cleaned. The... employees have great customer service skills. Everybody looked like they were doing the job to the best of their ability. Andthe food tasted great. I recommend. Read more
The only reason it's a 4 star and not 5 is because sometimes they do get your order wrong BUT when they do they always fix it... for me. Also sometimes you get skimped on food because we order the nacho fries and only got like 5 fries, then our breanburrito was the size of a cheesy roll up which was funny. Read more
