I've been to the one on Prosperity and have always loved it. If it weren't for the sweet and friendly trainee Hannah, this... location would of received 1 star. The trainer I'm assuming named Jose approached us after Hannah had made two sandwichesalready with a disgruntled face and snappy attitude. Will never be back to a port of subs again. The employee didn't have a clue wth she was doing. Bread was very hard and veggies... were old, especially the tomatoes. Plus I got the xl for the promotion and I still got charged $20 and not $17. I'm sticking tosubway. Read more
