Took me 13 minutes to get the lady up front to take my order, after I ordered they kept calling me up to tell me they are out of... sides, types of chicken. Keep in mind it was 4pm. Service was slow, food was expensive. Never gonna go again. Should have goneto target to get chicken. Read more
The only reason I go is for the hot sauce and the beans & rice side dish. KFC has way better chicken, hands down. My meal... tonight was way sub par. The rice was under cooked, and they forgot the hot sauce and honey. Read more
This place was not what u expected the service was horrible thru the drive through and inside not polite forgetting food for... just 2 people. Very rude manager at the time was just a mess not very clean inside the one who took our order she was justunprofessional period ! Went to this location right before lunch hour, wanted the 11 piece dinner, all they had was breast,wings, thighs, only 5... tenders, asked if they would be making more,they had no clue, other children would be ready in 20 min. We were willing to waitor just buy what they had but we needed more than 5 tenders. Place seemed unorganized, but they were friendly. My grandkids wanted to try Popeyes. So We stopped by today .the chicken was not fresh .we were first customers at 10:30.it was... yesterday's chicken reheated not fresh and just it was dry reheated and when you peel skin back it was dry and 2 colors dark andlight meaning yesterday's chicken REHEATED.that just nasty. I DIDNT WANT OLD BIRD. ???? I will never Return here .I have stopped in Hanford ca and never had a problem .it's nice and clean.foods fresh. But here the floor was flooded it was hard to get intodoor.water everywhere.lady said just look for dry area .Good Luck Read more
I often go there to pick up doordash orders but they are never ready, once waited an hour for an order, last time I ate there... personally, I ordered a three piece chicken meal. I was given shriveled tenders instead. I don't hate popeyes but I adviceavoiding this one and that their management get it together or corporate have them replaced with a more competent team.
