I walked in and seen a clean place.I had two skinny white gentlemen ask me how I was doing and what'd I'd like to eat. The... observance they had towards my meal and myself was.. sensational. I had never been in an establishment where I was met with suchetiquette, and I have ate far and wide. Ordered the turkey bacon avocado but I got a sandwich with no meats at all. Literally vegetables and avocado. Also on the wrong... bread with what looked to be a cream cheese spread which I also did not order. Oh and they were out of lettuce. Will not begoing back as this was the second time I?ve gone to this deli delicious and the second time I got the wrong sandwich. Read more
First impressions clean friendly staff. When I asked what they normally get they had a legit answer and I got the Italian on... Dutch with fries. Food was above all expectations highly recommended! Read more
Ordered a Turkey and Bacon sandwich and they l only out one slice of Bacon and one slice of Turkey meat. Is this a joke? How are... you going to charge $10 for a medium sandwich and not even put any meat on it. Never returning here again. Read more
Ordered online so I wouldn't have to go in person. Should of just gone in. Wanted sprout got none whats so ever and online it... ask what type of drink do you want well maybe it should be updated with what they have on hand and for $14 you can at least makemy order right. Read more
Very upset with our service a couple of weekends ago. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 order of fries and 1 order of sweet potato... fries and 3 drinks. When we placed the order the gentleman was charging us more than what the menu stated. I asked him why washe doing that he said that they changed their prices...seems suspicious to me ur menu should reflect ur prices. My husband and Iordered a lettuce wrap and we asked for everything on the sandwiches. We didn?t get everything. Mind you, there was very littlemeat and sloppy presentation. We ordered sweet potato fries and an order of regular fries. We asked for full orders of each myson got a full order and we only got half. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. He told me that?s howthe fries come. Sorry but I go to the Visalia store all the time and always order the same thing and my fries were definitelyhalf order but he charged me for a full order. We spent $50 and worst experience ever. I called corporate office and they saidthat the franchise owners would be calling me and it?s been 3 weeks and they still can?t call me. I?m not one to write reviews or complain. But. I went there today 7/1/21. Phone order. Went to pick up my order both young men... very nice well groomed and the store looked nice and clean. The problem when we got home and opened our sandwiches there was solittle meat we had a hard time telling the ham from the pastrami. I?m total serious when I say each sandwich had a couple ofvery thin slices of meat. Total cost $29.20 way to much for no meat. Read more
