Food is usually good. Just wish when I order a sandwich and ask for sprouts and then get told ?it already comes with them? that... they?d put them. Come home to see they didn?t put sprouts on a vegetarian sandwich that ?includes ? them. Fries are also alwayssoggy which is unfortunate cause they do have the potential to be amazing. Went here for a Turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich with wax peppers, and pickles. I get home and open my sandwich up. All there... is on the sandwich is Turkey meat and lettuce. This happens every time I go in there. It?s like they don?t pay attention at all. Read more

Very disappointed recently!! Multiple orders they have left out the bacon that I have to pay extra to add to my sandwich.... Tonight we ordered two French dip sandwiches and a LARGE beer battered fries. One sandwich had burnt bread and the other hadbarely any meat inside. Both sandwiches were on the wrong bread and our large order of fries wasn't even the size of the regularorder and they were made poorly. So very disappointed! Read more
Went on a special occasion and was pleased with the service. The staff explained the menu, which it seems they do frequently... enough, as they did it twice while I was in line. Perhaps some consideration could be made to make the process smoother?Otherwise, I loved that they were playing positive and encouraging music and that the establishment was clean. Read more
Stopped in about4:30. 4 employees standing around. No greeting just a demand for order. It was obvious they wished I?d go away!... The female made a delicious sandwich but while I was waiting a HUGE cockroach was scurry across the floor. I told employees andthey all but rolled thier eyes! Unconcerned with this as well! Came here for lunch today. The manager (Christina) and her team are just awesome! I ordered a pastrami,salami,pepperoni,and... provolone and it was amazing! I've been to the Deli Delicious in my home town and enjoy eating there. It's a little pricey but it really is a high end... sandwich that's worth the price. At this location my 12 inch sub had a $3 added charge which I didn't think to ask about untilafter I'd already paid. The cashier was unsure as well and had to look. I was charged $3 dollars (that's 20% on a $15 sandwich)for honey mustard. The sandwiches were good and the staff were pleasant, I just wanted to warn other people to be careful whichdressing you choose. Had I been warned ahead of time, there is absolutely no way I would have paid extra for dressing! Read more
