I love that they have coupons and deals on the app and... makes it so convenient to be able to scan your receipts to earn rewards whenever you buy a pretzel and/or a drink! Came here once a few years ago since I do not live in this area, but have had Auntie Anne's before and loved it so I decided to... grab lunch at this location. I'm not sure if it is just me, but the pretzel tasted like metal. I couldn't finish it at all andthrew it away after eating a third because I was hungry. Maybe it was a one time thing or an off day, but I really hope they hadfixed the taste since then. Read more

Service in this location was satisfactory! The gal at the register was quick and kind. We did have a small issue with a pretzel... we received, it looked old and was so hard it sounded like a rock when hit against the counter. The gal apologized and quicklyexchanged it for a fresh one without any further hassle. Read more
As soon as we walk in we were not welcomed she greeted us by saying,THIS IS ALL WE HAVE JUST TO LET YOU KNOW!! LOUDLY... young... lady with brown hair was rude.... She seemed like she hated her job angry cause we went in there to buy her products that makesher check$ i asked for a strawberry lemonade slushee and it pissed her off more you can see the anger in her lip twitch i meanthe store was not closed yet... .... Wow the manager Cecilia is so freaking rude...waited 10mins before anyone came out. They didn't even greet us. We ordered... smoothies and when they gave them to us they had stuff dripping on the sides. She didn't even say thank you when she gave usour food or anything..
