This place is always very busy. We had a fantastic waitress who seated us in a lovely area with windows all around. I asked for... a side of broccoli and I got 3 trees haha. Never been here til today. Very nice big restaurant. The menu definitely had alot of options maybe too many, for my taste. I... liked that your served bread and butter. The portion sizes I guess were great for the price you pay. Which wasn't thatexpensive. But for me it was way too much food. I could have just had the small salad, which was no were near small!! I enjoyed dinner here more than I thought I would. The service was excellent even though they were short staffed and the drinks... were good. We took home four different slices of cheesecake for dessert key lime, mango key lime, Godiva chocolate and thechocolate celebration. Cant go wrong, here! Every time is just as good as the last. Its difficult to find a place where the food is consistently good.... The cheesecake is always fire. My go-to is the bang bang chicken and shrimp, but literally everything is good! Read more
We had a great experience here! We came on a Friday night and there was about a 40 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was... delicious and the cheesecake choices are amazing! Wait time was a little long considering there were so many empty tables. Our male server (we forgot his name)he gave a friendly... vibe which was nice. He got our drink orders appetizers and gave us bread. Calamari was so good! Properly seasoned, not blandbut not too salty either. For those who have yet to try their Fried Macaroni and cheese balls, those are best eaten when it'sstill warm with sauce on the bottom. Just FYI! When our entrées arrived, it was hot and delicious. The Truffle Fried Chickenusually comes with asparagus along with the mashed potatoes but i swapped it for some steamed carrots and that whole plate ofdeliciousness was perfect for me! I felt like the Louisiana Chicken Pasta needs a little bit more flavor. (For my taste buds atleast). My boyfriend loved it. In the middle of our meal, our previous server had to go to break so Jocelyn took over and shewas nice, very attentive and professional. The Cheesecake Factory provides excellent food. The staff was professional but seems a bit stressed. To let clients wait before... get seated seems to be part of concept. There where many empty tables and we had to wait 30 minutes. The ventilation in therestaurant was blowing icy cold and it was absolutely not comfortable to eat there. Next time I prefer to take away the foodand eat in a warmer place. Read more
