Service is quick as it's the closest one to my house, but they mess up our orders a lot. More so the orders that don't involve... pizzas. It's like they purposely don't add ingredients. Today we tried their new melts. My brother got the pepperoni one and Igot the chicken bacon one! NO BACON! I mean yes the food is still good, but it kinda feels like they're doing it on purpose. Ordered pizza because my family wanted to come visit me at work since I'm working 15 hours today. Ordered through the app. Paid... the delivery fee... Was notified DOOR DASH is delivering. And it was later than my asked time. So they robbed me of my deliveryfee...my pizza came late... I'll never order pizza hut again. Read more

I was excited to have pizza hut and every one in my family wanted something different. We ordered $60 worth of food. I went to... pick it up and a nice young lady came out with partial order. I called and she apologized and checked my order and said yep yourmissing two more cookies do you want them? I told her they were for daughters and she said it would be a few minutes. It endedup with her waiting on other people and literally running the whole inside by herself that it took over twenty minutes. The timeit took to cook the pizzas! When I got home nothing was hot but they two cookies. She apologized but no complimentary anything,no replacement anything, no nothing for the inconvenience of 60 bucks off cold food on top of that the trio of pizza, every edgepiece had no toppings just an amazing amount of crust as you can see so my kiddos on ate the middle pieces! A little disappointed. The half we ordered mushrooms on, I don't even think there's a dozen mushrooms on there. (So I added... some, much better!) Very skimpy on the topping ????
