We?re leaving town going airport, but wanna grab some breakfast on the road before flying, but it?s not open at 4:50am. The... screens on the drivethru not even lit up, no one?s inside the building only had the lights on?? I thought it?s 24 hours? Saw 2cars parking in the lot tho?? What?s going on??? Got off work early. About 25 minutes or so before 10pm. Went through the drive thru (with other cars in front and behind) took... almost 20+ minutes to get up to the window to find out they decided not to take orders. The menu was still lit up but no onewould talk or just say ?we are closed? nothing. No sign. Pull up to the window. Nothing. It clearly was before closing. So upsetthat I?m writing this review. Just post a sign?. Say something. ?.Don?t just ignore us and let us all sit there stuck in line!!!The worst. Don?t go here. They obviously don?t care. Or at least not this night. Read more
Fairly fast service nothing momentous to say ot is just McDonald's. The pumpkin spice coffee is really good. The drive thru... lane is non exiting once in you cannot leave until going all the way through. Read more
Don?t come here if you use cash. Had a $20 bill from the BANK that is from 1996 and when we tried to use it, the cashier said it... was fake, didn?t test it with a marker or grab a manager, took it and refused to give it back. Said it looked faked. She thentried to say all of our $20 was fake simply because they LOOKED different. This place obviously needs better training oncounterfeit money. The hassle to get our money back was ridiculous. Almost had to call the police. Read more
At McDonald's, I am always weary of either being followed into or targeted while in the women's restroom. At this store, it... didn't happen. However, I was being observed. Their dining room was clean and neat. All self ordering boards were working. Thepace of service was acceptable. The employee I interacted with was very friendly but I had to ignore her final greeting. Back tomy car, I was again being observed. It gave me an unpleasant feeling but that was all. Read more
I went through drive thru and ordered 2 sausage McMuffins. I got my order and it was wrong. They charged me for 2 egg McMuffins.... I went inside to speak to a manager. His name was Jose. He then said to me I?ll refund you for one egg McMuffin. It will be thesame. I tried to explain to him that if I bought 2 sausage McMuffins that it would only come out to $3.39 and that I got charged$9.67 so how does that make any sense to refund me only $4. They would be robbing me of $6.28. I just told him to refund me forthe whole order. And he told me to get out of his store. Read more
