Oil soaked all the way through the bread. Soggy as could be. Asked for #13 with ham, pepperoni and salami. She said you want a... #11 add pepperoni. I said there is no #11 on the board. The cashier ended up charging me double meat and it was moreexpensive,$15 . Will not go back to this location. Read more
I have been going to this Jersey Mike's about once a week for at least 6 months, maybe a year. The sandwiches are great (both... hot and cold, I usually get the hot Philly). The staff has been slowly and steadily improving service there and by now it isnoticeably better than 6 months ago. They are friendlier and seem to be a lot more organized and efficient. I used to work at the Springville, Utah location a little over 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in the customer service is... now. The sandwiches still taste great, but there is no communication between staff and I waited for almost 20 minutes in linebefore someone took my order (and it wasn't very busy). There was no playful banter and it took another 10 minutes after Iordered (1cold sub) for me to finally get to checkout. Again the sandwiches are still delicious, but customer service could usea lot of improvement. Read more
Online order was 25 mins late. Only 2 people were working and they could not talk and make sandwiches at the same time. Nice... ladies, but they needed more training on how to make a sandwich because it was mediocre at best. This was my first time at thislocation and every other Jersey Mike's has been a 5 star experience. I will try this location again in the future and update myreview if warranted. Read more
It's cool for the most part but Jimmy John's is way better. Bread is a little hard. Way to much oil and vinegar but the staff... are hella friendly. Read more
