Swung by Spice Bridge on my way back home from the airport and decided to try the qabili pilau from Jazze\'s. We had originally... wanted the lamb but they only had the chicken available. So we went with that, waited about 20 minutes for our order and thentook it home and ate.\n\nThe qabili pilau was exquisite. Beautifully fragrant and spiced - a feast for the eyes and senses.Gorgeous presentation with caramelized carrots, raisins, cranberries, almonds. Abundant and well distributed within the rice. The chicken, which I believe was marinated in yogurt, was under the rice and there was enough for each mouthful.\n\nI had askedabout the price ($35) because it appeared to be different in different places, and was informed that prices were adjusted forrising food costs, which is super valid. After trying the pilau, my husband and I agreed that Jazze\'s could even charge more -the value is there, it fed both of us - two very good eaters - well, and the food was absolutely stunning. We\'ll be back to trythe lamb version and the mantu... honestly, we\'ll be back to try everything.\n\nSpice Bridge is a wonderful place, very nearthe airport, and I\'ll find a way to stop there as often as I can.
