This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my entire life. There are no standards and customers are treated as if the... staff are doing us a favor by serving us the food. I worked at Burger King for a year as a teenager and never in my life have I,nor have I witnessed a "manager" treat a customer(s) with such disregard. The so called "manager" Zachary Weiss who was wearinga dirty wrinkled stretched Burger King shirt that staff members wear and no name tag and dirty to small jeans with the plumbercrack hanging out was extremely disrespectful to and disregarding of minorities. He treated the African American family ahead ofus with contempt. The female was trying to explain she was missing $2 worth of items from their order and Zachary refused tohonor the receipt. He told the African American lady she needed to come back tomorrow 21 September 22 to speak to the generalmanager; Zachary said "I do not have the number to corporate". Zachary was helping my Hispanic wife with her order, she met the$3 minimum to receive the get thank Tuesdays via T-Mobile on 20 September 2022 by purchasing $5 worth of food. My spouse showedZachary the T-Mobile code via the Burger King app, Zachary's tone became disrespectful and ignorant. I intervened by showing himthe code with my phone in one hand and pointing with the other. Zachary kicked me out of the store. Another gentlemen ofminority descent came over and addressed the issue so my wife could receive the food she paid for and was offered viaT-Mobile. Zachary Weiss's treatment of minorities has left this disabled veteran wondering why I have gone to Burger King 20times a month consistently for the last two years. I will not spend another dime in Burger King until Burger King makes itright. Read more

The big badly built white guy was just outta pocket. Weird power trip. There was a lady walking the drive thru, yeah sketch but... she was harmless and she just wanted a drink. The employee was making a fuss about having her pay for a kids cup of water. Thewoman is fumbling thru her bag, she clearly doesn?t have anything so I told him just come on. get her a large drink and I?ll Payfor it. To top it off in my mobile order I didn?t get my slushee because the machine was supposedly broken. I?ve always askedfor cups of ice and water and have never been charged so that?s how I know it was old boy just being a jerk to a person clearlystruggling. Do better. Read more

The worst BK I have ever been to. So disorganized. And the drive thru people barely understood English. It was very difficult to... order. And I was ordering for my team. The order was large. And they missed a quarter of it. But, fixed it at the window. Theorder became accurate. But the food was bad. The fries tasted old. And the buns were hard. Read more

The line was really long and I was super hesitant to get in the line but there we waited. The line shortened after car after car... got out of line. We ordered two whoppers, two fish sandwiches and they were got and delicious. Two for five was a great priceand they did not disappoint. Staff was professional and polite with a smile despite the stay long line. Overall good service. Read more

Worker here named "moncerrat" SHOULD NOT BE HERE. Worst customer service skills and really rude. The soda machine has to be... the nastiest thing here probably dirtier than the bathrooms. You can smell old corn syrup soda from like 5 feet away, who wNtsto pay $2 plus for a soda and get it from a machine that smells like a dumpster. There is just no quality control just purelaziness. Sad too since it's next to one of the best malls in the country. Way to set standards burger King. Read more

So I just ordered the spicy chicken jr. And added tomato, there are so many things wrong. It would have been nice to know that... it .30 cents extra to add tomato but even nicer if it was more than ONE measly tomato slice?! The price didnt show on the screenso I was unaware of this. Plus there is barely any lettuce on this! Last time I checked Jack in the box doesnt charge to addtomato. The cashier was friendly however but I am not happy with this product. Read more
