Ordering took 15 minutes to arrive even though we were the only customers They gave my vegetarian friend two bean and one beef... tacos without telling her or labelling them. They didn?t give us two of our drinks, and when we chased them they said one ofthem wasn?t in stock and then asked what the size was.. um, read the screen?! They didn?t give us our nachos and when wepointed this out they said they?d given us cinnamon swirls instead (which is 1.5$ cheaper). We then asked for a refund on thoseand they said they couldn?t without returning them.. WHY. I think the restaurant might be abandoned. Walked in to a totally empty building. No workers present, no customers..... Just an... empty yet open Taco Bell. Very odd. After standing in the lobby for 12 minutes, one worker came in from outside. When I finallygot my order (remember I'm the only customer) the order was wrong. Just absurd. I give up. Glad to have stopped by on my road trip. Menu changed quite a bit, from vegetarian options. The new qiosk is easy to navigate... and order from. No confusion whether one got your order the way you wanted or not. Liked the new Fiesta Burger vegetarian - inbetween the traditional bean burger and 7-layer. Had an app order food was ok service was not so bad but they forgot chips for Nachos and was short 1 taco so I backed up and... asked for missing items an asked for few packets of sauce. Well this is what I got what a waste of sauce. Read more
I ordered a vegetarian burrito and it came out with meat in it. I didn't know and I ate a bite before I realized. It's ok... mistakes happen, but when I went and asked them if they put meat in it they were incredibly rude and acted like I wasinconveniencing them! They never even apologized! I've been vegetarian 10 years and haven't eaten meat until today. At leastthey could be nice about their mistake instead of rolling their eyes at me. Read more
