I ordered online for supper for my family and spent 100 dollars on the meal. The order was supposed to be ready for pickup at... 6:50 and was not ready until 7:20. When we finally got our order was told everything was in the bags so I didn't check the bags(my bad, I knew I should of checked). Got home and was missing items. The food was cold. Tried calling but of course no answer.Son went back out to Denny's and was informed they were out of the items and substituted the items. No sorry no nothing justrudeness about it. Stopped by to get food to eat in the car while we road trip and ordered online for curbside pick up and no one came out. We went... in and waited almost 20 minutes to be helped and once we got our food we got in the car and left. The food was already cold andwe were missing food in our plates. I paid extra for premium pancakes and only got regular pancakes that had big clumps of sugarin it. We stood there with other folks waiting to be seated and one waiter just stared at us as she walked by multiple times. Read more
One sister had her slam and one sister had the brisket sandwich and I had chicken fried chicken. Everything was delicious! ... First bite of her sandwich she went ?wow?!!! The sign says please wait to be seated. So I waited and I waited and I waited! Then I went elsewhere to eat! I stood for what... seemed like way too long, they weren't even that busy. The waitress looked at me a couple of times, but not once did she make anattempt to tell me someone would be with me,or any other type of acknowledgement of me be there waiting. Truly pitiful serviceand a poor display of people skills. This is the 3rd.time I have had very similar experiences here at this location. Neveragain. Despite being understaffed, literally two ladies taking care of register and a dining room full of travelers and truckers, our... hostess Shirley and our waitress Phyllis did a fantastic job taking care of our lunch. It was delicious. They were quick! Got usin, seated, fed, and checked out in a timely manner to get back on the road! This Flying J is a high traffic truck stop andunder construction, inside and out. The crew is taking it all in stride. We have been here multiple times recently and they haveall been friendly and professional, even when faced with understaffing, supply issues, and aggrevated or frustrated customers.Thank you guys for making this a pleasant stop for my husband and I! We appreciate the job you do! BTW- I recommend the CaliTurkey club with fried red potatoes! Read more
I tried to allow you guys to fix my meal before I rated but y'all still managed to screw up. The manager was the only one... working (everyone called in on the same day) so I'm not upset with her, because she TRIED. But for future situations like these,just shut the doors rather than serve customers terrible food. Read more
Great service, cook actually knows what crispy hashbrowns are, the servers were great. Tiara took great care of me. When she... went to break she let me know Melissa would be around if I needed anything. They have no problem making a stranger feel likefamily is taking care of them.
