Terrible food, teeny tiny portions, astronomical prices, and your yearly supply of sodium in one bowl, you can get more and... better quality food from a panda express. Don't waste your money on this trash heap. Tucson has wonderful local gems. Yokohamaisn't one of them, their decline began in the late 90s, rebranding can't save this business from dying. Tucson should just letthis one go. Read more
Love this place but as of the last couple months they have been shorting me on serving size. I pay extra for the large and the... cook has been skimping on portions size. I pay $15 for a bowl and expect $15 dollars of food. Read more
Absolutely horrible!! Never used to have a problem here. Today, ordered a large teriyaki plate. Rice is under cooked and hard.... Teriyaki sauce looks like jello and tastes burnt. Chicken is mostly fat (not sure how you get that much fat on a chicken) andit?s pink and not cooked. First bite made me sick!! Thanks!! Read more
It?s good but way to expensive for the amount they give. I paid 17.00 for a ?entree? which was literally less then half of a... three compartment tray. I order the chicken and bbq pork. There was white rice at the bottom about two spoons of chicken onespoon of over cooked almost dried veggies an four small pieces of bbq pork the size of a quarter. Never again! Read more
Beware of Yokohama Asian express on Valencia Rd....this was my 9 year old son's bowl...went there yesterday for some lunch and... my son pulls a worm out of his chicken, I demanded a FULL refund on my whole order, for we literally just sat down to eat, guybehind the counter was VERY understanding, calls his manager and she refused to refund the whole order of 80 bucks, I did NOTleave without getting my 80 back, while arguing over his phone on speaker cause she didn't want to talk to me, I told her I wasgonna call the health department, and FINALLY she says "damnit, just refund them the 80" very unprofessional....I will not begoing back, cause if there's one worm, there is DEFINITELY more! ???? We went in there to look at the prices of the rice dish I remember the old days when I used to go it was a reasonably priced but... now it is ridiculously priced. Saw the prices for things and I walked out I was not going to pay those ridiculous prices theywere asking for I am old school I do not believe on how everybody seems to be getting greedier so I went home cook something athome which was cheaper to eat at home anyway I hate going out and making somebody else rich while I'm getting poorer. Food is always above average, but drink cup sizes went down, and the price is 3-5$ more than it should be for the porton size.... Staff has always been nice to me. I would give more stars if prices were adjusted, or portion size. Read more
The price was right the food was delicious I hadn't been there in a long time I will definitely go again
