It's November 5th, I called in at 4:15pm today and was immediately put in hold. I'm still on hold and it's now 4:55 now as I... post this message I am still on hold. I placed order and arrive at the time my order was ready. The cashier helped the personthat came in after me which I thought was rude so I left and just wanted to let management know why I left. The wait was close to 50 minutes, the wings are normal wings nothing special. The price is a little higher here than other wing... places. The service was bad, 1 person cooking, 4 others in the back talking. If your looking for an average wing, this is theplace. Read more
Super busy on Sunday evening at 6 after football. Counted 11 employees on duty and they couldn't keep up. Most orders were to go... or ordered ahead for pickup. I ordered online. Web site said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took 40 minutes. Alsolooked like the on-duty supervisor changed out cash drawers at 6, right in the middle of lots of people waiting. Ok, so I get home and dig in to my Louisiana Voodoo Fries. They have a kick, my tongue starts burning and then my lips. But as I... go for my second forkful, I see an abundance of seasoning in the side of the container, not in the fries. So I move the fries alittle and see even more seasoning. I did not ask for extra seasoning, just the regular amount. It seems someon either got tooexcited or these aren't my fries. I don't recall them ever being this hot in the past. But I've never ordered them from thisparticular location/state. I can't even eat them, they are too hot. Anyway, I took a couple pictures. Our fries are cut freshfrom Idaho® potatoes, in every restaurant. Served with cheese sauce, ranch, and our signature Cajun seasoning. Read more

So I travel quite far to this location. They always get my order right, are generous with the extras and the staff is super... friendly and competent. There is a location less than 1 mile from me that sucks. But wharn I'm coughing up about 60 bucks fortake-out, and we love wings, it's worth the drive. Read more
