They need a new intercom, it crackled hard to hear & it didn't help that the guy had a thick Spanish accent. I repeated it 3xs... once at the window. My order was simple; chili cheese fries, cheeseburger, small fries, med. Pepsi & Sierra Mist. The frieswere cold, the Mist was flat & unfortunately burger was " blah". Seen the lady who?s been there for years drop a ranch cup on the ground pick it up, put the cap back on and went to put it in my... bag till she realized I was watching! Yuck! Then I get to my work just to find out they forgot to put two food items in my bag. Read more
The hours say that they're open till 11 o'clock PM. The employees aren't exceptional, they're nice and they do their job. The food is exactly as described and prepared correctly... EVERY TIME..they can be a little pricey.. we paid $18 for 4 corn dogs (one was a meal with fries and we substituted the drinkwith a Reese's shake.) Seemed a little over priced and when asked if they offer military.. sure they do.. but then you can't begthe discount for the combo and it actually amounts to costing more for them to honor those who have served and fought for them!5 star aside from regard to military service and expense so dropped down to 3. Food was good and mostly hot, I had a coupon that said I could have upgrades and cashier said that wasn't allowed.
Hailey was awesome! My friend was door dashing and she let us add a order for ourselves which was nice some places don't let... you. And let me tell you when I asked her for a strawberry lemonade extra strawberry she did NOT DISAPPOINT!! Plus her customerservice was exceptional! Friday lunch and place is just as I always remembered it. Fantastic service, food, and Price! The manager is a stickler for... keeping the place clean and was training a new employee while I was there. I love a clean restaurant and it's my pet peeve.
