Love going here for French fries, onion rings, and their shakes their burgers are good too but I usually go there for fries and... Shakes and onion rings and they're the best the onion rings are unlike any other onion ring you will have at a fast foodrestaurant definitely want to try them. I had a real topnotch experience there. The restaurant, located on Speedway Blvd., one of the busiest streets in Tucson, was... unbelievably neat and clean. The staff there were all busy, but quiet and pleasant. I received terrific customer service,especially from a tall African-American man who made sure I had a great meal service making the food taste all the moreexcellent! Thank you to everyone! I got the blue cheese bacon burger and it was amazing! I got a kids meal for my daughter and it came with a burger, fries a... drink and a cookie. The cookie was massive and delicious. Definitely will be going back to try other menu items. Read more
Staff are friendly and the inside was clean, but due to location the bathrooms are locked (with the staff having to enter the... code) and there are no condiments, napkins, etc out. Food was pretty slow, but I think they have more people on the drivethrough. 5 stars for staff? Read more
Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning 04/30/22. Place was clean and food was great! A young lady just came in to work... and wasn't even on the clock yet and she took our trash / tray from our table and unlocked the restroom for us. We willdefinitely be back. Other fast food joints should take notes as to how Whataburger trains its employees on customer service. Read more
Good big burger. Wish they had one closer to my area but when I'm near one I try and go. I went to the one on speedway today and... they were busy but got my food pretty quickly delivered to my table. Some employees up front were chit chatting and I heard aprofanity or 2 which would have bothered me if my son was with me,but I was alone. The parking is sort of tight but I managed.Couldnt get any wifi signal either,which is always a negative. Read more
Place order in app, best way to do so. All the options are there, from cutting in half to customization of every ingredient. The... restaurant just opened the lobby and the woman at the register made sure the back were working on the order, brought me my drinkin the mean time, and double checked my order before bringing it out the lobby. Everything was perfect and I don't have a lot ofbad things to say from my experiences with Whataburger, but I was very appreciative of the attentive customer service. Read more
