Lied to me twice. I ordered curbside pick-up. When I checked in an employee brought me my shake and said food would be out... shortly. 25 mins later I went in to investigate. Employee at the counter said let me see and dug out a bag from the back of ashelf under a counter. He said it just came out. I said you dug it out from behind 3 other orders. Then another employee said Inever checked in. I asked why someone brought me the shake 25 mins ago if i never checked in? Not sure why employees would lieor blame customers before taking responsibility. Or at least think for two seconds before talking. A quick "Sorry, bud" goes along way. Read more
Went to Whataburger around I don't know, 4:30 a.m. and me and my son and my wife were hungry for a burger. Whenever you get a... burger at 4:00 a.m. it's always a Gamble well this time it paid off the burgers were fresh fries were fresh it was it was a goodburger breakfast and then I slept like a baby after that with a full stomach! I love Whataburger whatacatch fish sandwich. I'm from Texas originally and was very disappointed to find out that it is seasonal... here. Upon finding that out then I got a burger. It was good and fresh. But really had the fish sandwich in mind to eat. Read more
It is what it is, not the best but definitely not the worst. Great if you want a burger at 1am. Would recommend over other fast... food chains such as BK or Maccy D's. Read more
Ordered just a kid's Burger with pickle lettuce Mayo mustard they put onion on it when it doesn't even come with onion ordered a... chicken strip meal and all of that took 20 minutes they parked me horrible service they couldn't even make my burger right andit's upsetting that that this is their job! It is one of the better fastfood places. I mean, it is still fastfood, so nothing glamorous, but -- this location seems to be... nice, clean, well run and service is smooth. The drive-through is run efficiently and spacious enough even for a larger truck tonavigate through. On a negative, they list on nearby billboard ads and on their menu products that are, according to the staff:'No longer in our selection.' So, that was a bit odd. There was a lady who was un able to speak or hear that was in front of me. And who ever the employee was that had the patience... to help that lady place her order, may Godbless him because he had the patience when others wouldn't have. The location on stmarys is my favorite because the current crew that are currently working there is a solid crew that I recognize as being therefor at least the 5 months I been going there.
