I went to the lobby late Thursday night. I was assured by the young lady at the register that I was welcome and it is not a... problem to help me. I believe it was the supervisor who brought my food to me and apologized for the wait. The wait was not longat all ! He was kind and professional. He recommended the new extra spicy ketchup that he included in the bag and I loved it!The food was good and fast especially considering how busy the drive thru was. I just left the drive-thru at 11:30 on 11/1/22 and I must say the young girl at the window with glasses had very poor customer... service skills. When I ordered, I had told her that I had a coupon for a free Whataburger. I forgot to give her the coupon atthe window with my debit card. After she submitted the payment, I tried to give her the coupon, but she told me that it was toolate. I told her that I had already informed her about the coupon. She still said that I couldn't get the burger, so I left,upset. Then when I got home I noticed that the burger was there and I was charged $5.49. She should've credited me theoverpriced sandwich no questions asked. I'll never go back. Plus the fries were cold! Read more

I ended up getting talked to by a homeless person and shared my dinner with them. Fries were cold and tomatoes were not edible.... Won't go back for food. But overall not a bad experience. Read more

Don't bother coming to this location. Literally just left the store and so disappointed. (8.7.22 @ 2 pm) The team doesn't work... as a team, service was horrible and flies were everywhere. Several of our cheeseburgers didn't come with cheese, I asked formeals several times and didn't catch they didn't charge us for them. The server just tossed things at us. They are not on top ofthings, total disappointment. Used to love coming to this place with my grandparents, haven't been here in years and probablywon't come back. Read more

Fast food restaurant. Somewhat difficult to understand the person at drove up. Food wasn't that hot, especially not the... fries. Mustard overwhelmed the burgers. The tomatoes were mushy. We won't make an effort to eat there again. Read more
