I do not know if I am supposed to ask for condiments with each order or should the employees ask the customer if they need those... condiments. We ordered Breakfast and then drove . We opened our order to eat and NO Condiments. I cannot eat a Sausage eggbiscuit w/o salt and ketchup! Read more

I was in the drive thru what I ordered a lrg fries and a small hamburger, he said it was almost 10 dollars. So I asked him what... he was giving me. I thought he knew what I wanted. So I leave and get to open it, and guess what I got. A sm burger with not 1peice of cheese but 2. Fried were not hot they were warm going towards cold. Very sad all the way. Read more

So I'm not typically a huge fan if Wendy's however the food here was fresh when I got it, plus they have the remix drink... dispenser which means you can get pretty much any flavor of any soda which is an added bonus for eating here. Also every crewmember and manager I've encountered had always been amazingly friendly and helpful which is a rare quality these days. Themanager at this store even gave me 3 coupon books for free frostys. Over all a good experience and good food especially beingthat it's still reasonably priced when other fast food chains have gotten expenssive. Read more

I was there a couple of weeks ago and used the Wendy's App to order ahead and take out. I ordered a burger with no cheese. When... I picked up my order, I checked it out and saw there was cheese on the burger. When I mentioned it to the employee, they calledin the Manager (which seemed unnecessary in the first place) and I told the manager the issue, the Manager then yelled to theemployees "we gotta remake this burger because this guy doesn't know how to use the app!", but clearly in the app I selected nocheese, as I can still look at my order history and see that I placed the order 100% correctly. I've used the app many timesbefore without any issues, but now I'm being blamed/embarrassed for something that I had zero fault in. It may have been atechnical issue with the app (not a great app), but still not my fault. So I'll just avoid this location from now on, I've hadgood luck at the Broadway location where they have much nicer employees. Another reviewer mentioned a couple of weeks ago thatthey also experienced a manager who was rude, and I'm almost certain it's the same Guy. Read more

Every time I go in there the brown haired manager lady is always talking to the employees like they're idiots. Yeah we like good... customer service but we also don't like seeing the employees treated like that in front of customers. Be better. Great burger, but the service was a bit slow. Not sure why it took so long for the order at the counter for a few Singles with... cheese. Also, I was interested to try the new lemonade flavors, but I think $2.99 is a bit high. I did do the on-line survey thelast time I went to a Wendy?s a few weeks ago (look at the bottom of your recipient), so getting a free burger was nice. VictorB Read more
