This is the worst Wendy's you could go to. They never get your order right they short you food and then when you try to go... inside and get it fixed they make fun of you fun of you. Hopefully this place will shut down soon. Read more
He was about 4:30 in the afternoon. We ordered two number ones one without fries. Soda machine wasn't working. There was no... catch up in the dispenser. Food was delivered cold. We addressed it and staff gave you that look like what do you want me to do.Fast food has changed. As for the key for the restroom , out of order. So I couldn't wash my hands.. This generation doesn'trealize or know anything about customer service. See if you don't have customers to buy your product you don't have a job. The people are nice but there is always something missing over the last 10 visits with this last time being full parts of the 2... combos ordered. If you order anything that comes with a sauce you have to keep bringing it up to make sure it makes it into thebag. I never write bad reviews but it's kinda baffling how inadequate this location is. Hire more people or train them better.?? Read more

Flip of the coin at this St Mary's location. During the evenings you can have the great service with the best fresh food as... Wendy's is known for. But at times it falls way short, with burgers that have been sitting on the grill for a while, and colddark refried fries. The line cooks and windows servers need attitude adjustments but it may just be a reflection of the eveningshift manager. Read more
Took my Aunt in on Sept. 12th (drive-thru) at around 12pm. The young lady at the window was Very rude. I couldn't finish what I... was saying before she answered back with an attitude. Then I couldn't get a receipt & it turns out the manager was on the phonejust trying to get the receipts to/print? He asked me for my phone so he could take a picture of their screen to take a pictureof my receipt?????????????? i said no & he kept asking. I kept saying NO NEVERMIND IT'S OK. kept asking. JUST FORGET IT Isaid....Quite honestly he seemed Very overwhelmed & like he didn't know what to do or how to fix it. I get it, things happen.That's fine. But what I don't appreciate, ever, is the rude customer service. When a customer is Trying to be polite & expectinga smile & easy transaction BUT then treated like this? It makes you Not ever want to come back. Even when handing me our food Iwas given a blank cold stare. I said thank you & drove off, telling my Aunt "im Sorry but we are Never coming back here"...On acompletely unrelated note:The burger was cold & was a cheeseburger instead of a regular hamburger like I ordered. My daughter and I were coming from Pima and decided to stop at Wendy's for Togo but instead we got off and ordered from the... counter. Ordered bfast biscuit eggs bacon combo. Ugh!! Greasy potatoes. Crumble biscuit. Only reason I gave a 3star are convenient to... hospital where I had a long wait, and the price with coffee instead of soft drink included in combo was $6.00+ Next time if Imust eat at this Wendy's it will be for lunch baked potato ????
