I sat at the drive thru waiting to put my order in, I think I waited close to 10 minutes. I was yelling at the speaker, but... nothing. Another car got behind me and I backed out. I parked and went inside. As I walked in I could hear loud talking,yelling, laughing coming from behind the counter. I asked the lady if the drive thru was broken? She said no. I noticed theemployee, who had the headphones, and looked homeless, hear me and got back to his area. I waited for my food while two othercars drove by in the drive thru. Bunch of idiots!! Read more

I was in the drive-thru Wendy's and and received my food from the lady. I believe she was either assistant manager or the... general manager but she was quite rude. She didn't even ask me if I wanted any sauces. I sat there waiting. One of her employeeswas very nice and came up to the window and was like and ask what I need as like. Hey I just need two sauces (BBQ and GhostPepper)and he gave me one of each and I asked if I could have another BBQ since I am feeding two people and that lady said thatthey're out and shut the window on me and as I was leaving I saw her saying that we don't give out more than one sauce whichI've never heard of that. So I've looked at these reviews and it looks like she has a lot of complaints and probably needs to befired. I will definitely be driving my extra 15 minutes to go to another Wendy's cause they'll at least give me an extra sauce.This is simple but I don't appreciate a rude manager especially if she's rude to the employees. This girl Samantha that works there has it out for me three times she has interrupted my meal or my order the first time they... had the promotion for breast cancer awareness one dollar for five junior Frosty?s the sign was out I purchased it and then sinceshe doesn?t like me she asked her manager if they were still offering it and the manager said no and they took it away from meNext time I try to use the app to get a buy one get one breakfast sandwich but since I said breakfast sandwich she told me I?mgoing to have to void it and it was as if I was going to have to pay for that voided food they already made the food and theywere going to throw it away anyway but Samantha wouldn?t give me the deal I have had problems with her four times and hermanager is no better she tolerates her bad attitude towards me.
