For what it is as a fast food franchise, this is a great Wendy?s. All tables were clean, the breakfast croissants were... delectable and who would have thought of going to Wendy?s for a nice breakfast!? We came back for lunch and the food was a cutabove its competitors. Read more
I sat in the drive thru waiting for 2 salads and 2 baconator fries for over 20mins. Food was all soggy and/or cold. Also, y'all... Should try training people instead of yelingl at the new people with the window open, kinda unprofessional. I'll be eating atother locations from now on!!! Read more
This is the 3rd time i have gone to this location, asked for no tomatoes or ketchup because im deathly allergic, which i make... sure to emphasize each time. Today Scarlett not only made me waste time and money, she also remade my burger wrong after givingme attitude because she had to remake my order without the items which can kill me. Dawg I?ve been here so many times and I cannot even explain how many times I?ve had to get my order redone because someone... doesn?t understand how to make a p l a i n burger. Meat, cheese and bun, didn?t know it took a masters degree to know how tomake one, I say large combo and they?re like ?so you uh want a small?? Why yes, large and small rhyme of course, maybe accordingto Kanye. Even the manager tried to redo it and failed? 3 Times. Wendy?s on Twitter always loves to flex but this location is noflex, even McDonald?s would?ve gotten it right by attempt 2, when they hire people i bet they talk about sports more than theactual job, and it shows. Not a very good crew when busy and under pressure. Really boils down to the management/training. Young lady working the register... you could tell she was newer. She had to jump back and forth with register, getting orders out and doing the mobile app orders.Instead of the manager/trainer jumping over to help and show leadership and team effort she's just telling her what she's doingwrong. I had a baby in the car seat and only 2 ladies behind me. The manager should have just jumped over and helped but insteadshe just tells the young lady she's doing bad job letting the line build. Leadership starts at the top. Not the other wayaround. Not a bad location to go to just needs improvement when busy and under pressure or maybe a shift lead that can do morethan just telling ppl what to do and actually get more hands on and in the mix to show how the store can run smoother. Pros: Good Customer service. However, just like everyone else, my fries were cold. In addition, my lemonade cup had cross... contamination on it. It looked like ketchup or some type of red sauce. Not cool! Cons: The employees were playing around in thelobby. One employee was clocking out at the front register with a cigarette in his mouth! I almost walked out after seeing this.No good guys, you got to be more professional than this when dealing with food. Read more
Very uncomplicated order: a 4 for 4 with a plain cheeseburger, and a crispy chicken sandwich with extra onions. The bread was... kind of stale and the crispy chicken was plain sadly. I wasn't offered a receipt so I guess they didn't want me taking a surveyon their website ??????????? I used to work at Wendy's as a teenager, this one included when they were short staffed, and I haveto say it's really not that hard to get an order less than 10 dollars out quickly and correctly. The quality of the chicken wasgood though, so not a total loss. Read more
