Terrible experience. One car in front when I pulled up, waited at least 5 minutes for them to take this car?s order. Then when I... get up to order the worker asks for me to wait a minute to order. Five minutes go by, 10 minutes go by, he finally comes backand asks what I want. I order a frosty and he says they just ran out. No sign or anything on the menu saying they are out. Read more

Great during the day and and pretty good at night when I can pay with my card but most nights the employees will say the drive... thru is only excepting cash and that is pretty inconvenient. Read more
We went through the drive through. First we went to the Wendy's on E Broadway Blvd but it was closed for maintenance, the sign... said. We really wanted Wendy's, so we went to the one on E 22nd. But when we got home with the food, it was cold!! No Hot&Crispy fries here!!!! And if that wasn't enough, our Jr Frosty had something plastic in the middle of it!!!! Really??? This is gross!!! My burger right out of the bag looks like someone crushed it with their hands and I paid for a medium... frosty but was deceived. A small frosty pit into a medium cup. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO WHAT-A-BURGER.. They are consistent andthe food is great. Is this what?s to be expected in fast food? Sub-par or am I supposed to settle for laziness and be happy thatpaid (well At $12.15 an hour) employees find humor in playing with the food!!!! Don?t waste your time or money here.. I got the breakfast baconator combo and the fries was super good and my chicken biscuit sandwich comb was good but the chicken... was a bit dry. I was charge extra for peach lemonade would be nice to know before hand. Read more
Hit it on my way home from work often. The staff is great. Gotta love Wendy's!!!
