My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and she wanted a frosty. The drive-thru was really busy but inside there were only a... few people and we were able to order and get our food really fast. The fries were great and the frosty was excellent but thechicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich tasted a bit odd and later both mine and my daughter's stomach hurt. Wendy's is a hit and miss near me. The crinkle fries are good but curly fries are over cooked often. The food is hot and fresh,... but not as high of quality of food as I desire in a fast food chain. I honestly think Wendy's could do better and somehow theyare coming up short. Read more
Don't expect your drive-thru order pricing to make sense. Their evening manager told me they changed prices two weeks ago and... didn't see a problem with having one price advertised and charging folks different. Never returning to this location again. Read more
I'm a fan of this Wendy's. They're always quick and friendly. Today I went in and my food was ready before I finished paying.... Anyone that had to wait wasn't waiting longer than 5 minutes if that. Sidenote: the ghost pepper ranch is bomb with the spicynugs. Read more
I have stopped at this Wendy's many times and ordered "to-go" food. I have ordered the "apple pecan" salad without the "blue... cheese" multiple times. Each time no blue cheese was placed on the salad. I ordered two salads "one with no blue cheese," andthen also placed my usual burger orders. I quickly looked in the bag and everything seemed correct. I arrive at home and startsorting and parceling the order for my family. It appeared that one salad had "blue cheese" and the second did not (asordered). I had other matters to attend to, so I placed my salad in the refrigerator. The next day I went to eat the salad,I discovered "blue cheese" crumbles hidden under the grilled chicken. What a waste of money and food. I had to give the saladto my husband because of the careless staff ????. I would have more sympathy if it was busy and the place was packed. Howeverthat was not even the case. When I ordered there was no one behind me, or new customers that walked in for several minutes. There was not a line for the drive thru. There were four tables occupied in the lobby. Terrible customer service. The drive thru lead (looked like a supervisor) was making the front cashier fill his orders while... ignoring walk in customers. I had an online order and was told it will be several minutes , the last time I was here samesituation and was told 10 minutes... If you want Wendy's go to the one on Speedway, this one is trash. That'll be even moreobvious when you see the various states of disrepair inside. Read more
Who would think you can get a great salad at Wendy's? They do and they are a great alternative to burgers (even if no one ever... needs an alternative to burgers). Nice portion with grilled chicken and avocado. Still the beconator is the king of burgers. Read more
There is an older blonde hair lady with ???? who works there.. I swear that lady needs love and affection in her life. Maybe she... needs a pay raise. I hate being this honest, but her bad attitude makes this place very unwelcoming. I've seen her loose hercool and yell cuss words and smack drinks off their hands. I get that some of them probably deserved it but if you can't handlethese type of customers, maybe you shouldn't work there. She may be around my mom's age.. I wouldn't want my mom to be thatunhappy at work. Read more
