Went thru drive thru didn?t check my bag. My burger had no chicken , when I got home.
The employees look and act like former guests on Maury. Sat and waited almost 20 minutes for a mobile order. They actually... forgot I was there? Beef patties were dry and clearly should have been thrown out. Chicken patties were cold. Fries were probably thrown back into... hot grease to make them appear fresh. Cookies were over baked and crumbled before they could even be eaten. I used to love thislocation but my last visit here was just that, my last visit!!!!!! I don?t even want to give one star . Our order was wrong ,it looks like someone took a bite out of my burger ,the fries were... still frozen and the service was rude and when I called Sergio the manager he acted like it was a joke . I?m sorry but itshouldn?t matter if it?s a drive thru or a 5 star restaurant. U should never treat the customers as the drive thru guy did norshould the manager laugh at you when u call to complain about the order .. he said is something missing ? Went through drive through. The food was cold. The employees were busy talking about their personal lives,With the window open.... That's my personal opinion. The employees and manager at this location are absolutely awful and unpleasant, they won?t even greet you or say hello just toss... food out the window. They have the worst attitudes EVERY single time I?m here on lunch break. My order is often wrong and todayI spoke to the ?fake manager? and she rolled her eyes and took purposefully 5 extra minutes to correct my order when there was aline to the parking lot.
