Oftentimes the lobby is open until the advertised hours, but the last time I went inside I was immediately and rudely ushered... out by three employees?one of which was a manager? telling me that their lobby is closed and I could only order through themobile app and pickup at the window outside. I didn?t have any problem with doing so until three people walked into the lobbyafter me, ordered food at the counter, and sat in the lobby while they waited for their order. Moreover, employees continued tousher out anyone else who entered the building, making a show of slamming the doors. At some point, there were about 15 peoplestanding outside the pickup window waiting for food that was delivered incredibly slowly and way out of order. An employee wouldoccasionally open the window, ask a customer the name for their order, and promptly shut the window; she would do so for everysingle person, one name at a time, usually having to ask for a name repeatedly as she forgot it by the time she reached theregister. Four people ordered after me and got their food before me, I did not end up getting my order? just two meals and 5drinks? for 50 minutes. With slow prep time even on a Wednesday night and mediocre customer service, I?m surprised this locationhas even 3 stars. Read more

It wasn't busy, mid afternoon but service was slow. Had to order - touch a kiosk that was filthy. I did not see them wipe any... of them the entire time we were dining. Thankfully I had hand sanitizer with me. Food was fine. Read more
Higher prices now that they remodeled. Lower quality. Sad. Get your sh*t together. Busy location..My chalupa had barely anything... in it. The potatoes are over cooked. Portions are not correct. Nachos were served with old beans. Tiny pieces of chips. Mexicanpizza had barely any sauce on it. At this location they're use to intoxicated college kids who will eat anything. Meat in fiesta veggie burrito happening for the second time. Beware if you are vegetarian
I ordered some food this evening with my girlfriend. Two chalupas and Fiesta potatoes. Total $10.08 gotta love tax. For this... amount of money I would like to be able to eat my food in confidence. My chalupa, ordered "fresca" and with black beans camewith three tomato cubes, lettuce, a spoon of black beans and maybe less guacamole.. normally I wouldn't care however it feltlike it was refrigerated, even the black beans. They invested in a security guard that stands by the door on his phone rather than normal workers who can hear and take orders.... I got complete opposite of what I ordered, I asked the lady to confirm the order and read it back to me and she said everythingright but then put the wrong things in to the system and gave me the wrong order.
