Sometimes with the ease of the kiosks we like to go a bit crazy with custom ordering. (Nacho fries on nachos, double-wide... burritos, every cheese quesadillas, etc.) Yet every time we go the employees are very polite. It's Taco Bell... Either you love it or hate it, but the food is great and there is always something different to try. The new... steak grilled cheddar burritos are awesome and with the option to costumise your meal gets you vegan or keto food options withno problem. This location has an easy access and good service. ????This meal was awful! Not only were the ingredients scarce, but it was cold and obviously older because the end of the... tortilla I had the break off (yah, break off, not tear ????) however, I gave 3 stars because I have been here a few other times,especially late nights/early mornings and the food has been amazing! ????So, props to the night crew that always comes through,but this crew.... Two stars speaks for itself. Not much to it. The food is not authentic Mexican so stop calling it Mexican. It's literally... whitexican. Yeah I just made that a thing! Whitexican.... The food was Wonderful and although it took just a few minutes longer than I had anticipated, was well worth the wait and the... staff was very friendly and professional. Last week when I was at this Taco Bell location, close to Irvington and Campbell inSouth Tucson, I even had a Nice Lady hand Me a coupon for one of those free Doritos Taco's when I bought something, forgot whatthat was though. This use to be our favorite taco bell, they always did a great job making our custom ordered food. Over the past months staffing... has become rude and not making food as ordered. The night manager has no people skills, cannot answer any questions let alonetell you who to talk to when online takes your order and money but store ?lost the order?. Worst Taco Bell in Tucson maybe AZ. The lobby was disgusting (food and drink all over the floor and tables, trays not picked up)... and the drink dispenser was equally as bad. No sauce or condiments at the condiments Bar. No one at the front counter to greetcustomers. After waiting several minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there the employee was extremely rude. She is the onewho looks like she is eating all the margins this store is trying to make. This location is a disgrace to the TB name and I lookforward to hearing back from the GM Eric about this horrendous experience. Read more
I just got Nacho your Fries supreme. They didn?t put the guacamole on it. I only gave this place a four stars because their late... night shift puts out food so good that I fell in love with Taco Bell again. Your late night shift needs to train your day shift.I never get exactly what I order with the ingredients that the item come with from the day time Taco Bell employees. Your latenight makes up for your day so I know to only eat there at night. I give your night shift a 5 day shift a 2 star. Read more
