The Wilmot Taco Bell Rocks Late night munchies can be had here, does that even make sense ;) The girl that was taking the drive... thru orders on Monday around midnight was Terrific. I?ll never come to this location again. I thought I ordered at the 22nd/Alvernon way location to see that it was sent to... 22nd/Wilmot. Quickly I called the location in which my order was sent and asked for my order to have a hold on it so that itwould be fresh when I got there since I?ll be bussing from the 22nd/Alvernon way location. The manager said she?d have them waitso I get there 15/20 minutes later to my food already made. It was soggy and not warm. I was gonna talk for the manager again inperson to see if maybe my order could be fixed as I customized my food to have more nacho cheese or beef so you could imaginehow soggy it got after 5 minutes. The lobby and drive through were busy so I just took my food and left sad as ever. I alreadyhad a bad day at work so this could have been the highlight of my day. Read more
Went thru the drive thru. We ordered hand full of things and they were rude and in a rush. I s0ent almost $30 and I didn't even... get ally food. Given no napkins, sauce and 2 drinks. When we got home they didn't us all our food either. Place has went downhill really bad since the last time we were there. Can't get money back cause we came all the way home. This place sux. Although the food was average, I was impressed that they painted their exterior within the past year. The paint looked really... nice, clean, and inviting. I can't tell you how many places I go to where I just want to pull out some putty or paste and startrepairing their spitting or rotten wood. Great job Taco Bell! Read more
Had a terrible experience here. Made an online order went to pick it up and they didn't have it. They told me to call 1800 taco... bell. The lady on the phone was not helpful and wouldn't help me get my food or a refund. So I'm out $22 with an empty stomachthe day manager wouldn't do anything to help me even tho I showed him my order on my phone. Utter trash. Not coming here againthey steal your money and try to make me look like a fool. Read more
The staff at this location tonight have been such a pleasure to deal with and the food was made accurate and hot!! My chips and... cheese in a cup where even really warm. The best experience ever! The woman made sure my request of no beef, sub blacks beansand no lettuce was passed on to the cook. The man who I met at the drive up window to give me my order was really nice as well.I thought I had coke added to my Dragon Tea and he assured me I did not as well as offered to replace my drink, however I tookit.
