I ordered inside because the previous 2x I visited other Taco Bell's I ordered thru the drive thru and something was forgotten... each time. Well my order was error free and pretty tasty considering I did not eat it for almost 1 hour. But, now the questionhave is this. Why did it take 11 minutes to make 3 tacos and a burrito. The if by any definition that is NOT, fast foodservice. I loved taco bell products my whole life. All 4 of my siblings worked and 4 of us even managed various CA Taco Bell'sbefore we were 20. So yeah I know fastfood service. Final comment, they only had 2 drive thru cars in the 11 minutes. Read more
Taco Bell is a great place to stop and grab affordable fast food. However this is not the first time that they have not gotten... our order right at this location. I do not like leaving negative reviews however this location has messed up our order moretimes than I can count now. Read more
It's Taco Bell. It was ok. The manger seemed exasperated that s family of 5 would come in to order s bunch of food at 2:00, but... it was all correct and hot. I'm not s fan of taco bell but my kids like it. The bowl was good. Read more
This is one of the best Taco Bell's that exist. The food is always spot on and taste good. The employees are always pleasant.... They did forget an item in my order one time, but they have been so good all the other times I didn't worry too much about it.Due to forgetting an item I can't give five stars, but I also specifically choose this taco bell any time I plan to go to one. THIS PLACE IS CREEPY BACKROOMS VIBES! Absolutely awful. Ordered in and no one was at the counter. THEY LAUGHED AT US and forgot... to give us our drinks. When we went back up to get our drinks, they didn?t give us our freezes? I didn?t want to go back up asecond time, so I negated to get the freezes I paid for. Read more
First time coming to this store for a taco bell night run.. me and my brother ordered separately through the app and we are 3... miles away from the store.. we placed our order and left 5mns after we submitted our order.. as soon as we arrived we noticed along line outside and thought that it may have been a bad idea ordering through the drive thru. Few cars in front of us decidedto leave the line to go somewhere else and some parked to order inside the restaurant.. we were too close in doing the samething but since we're chilling inside my car we stayed in the line.. it took literally about 40-45 minutes overall for talkingto the speaker and getting our order picked up.. I was also disappointed by the fact that the serving is way less thanexpected.. i'm not sure if they are in a rush but i believe the serving of my favorite nacho fries should've been more than whati got.. I left 2 stars because we still got our food hot.. but my overall experience in this branch is poor.. Read more
One thing I liked about this Taco Bell location is that you?ll be sure to get your food hot and employees sounds very friendly.... However, this doesn?t justify the extremely long wait time. Some time last week (my very first visit on this location), Iwaited 25 minutes to get my mobile order via drive thru. I thought this was just a one-time thing which is why I gave them thebenefit of the doubt. However, it happened again tonight which made us wait in our car for 45 minutes. Read more
I ordered 4 nacho fries plus many other items. My order came with 1 larger than normal cup of cheese. When asked about it, they... said they were out of lids and there was enough in there for all 4 orders. Then I realized that I had a sick family member athome and asked for another side because if this and didn?t want to share and told them I would pay for it. The manager. Dan Dangave me 4 little empty cups so I could split up the cheese. I was extremely frustrated as I walked out and then a million timesmore frustrated when I came home to find that larger cup of cheese filled up 2 of the normal size cups HALF way.
