Went through the drive-through August 16, 2022. Bought 2 two tacos and a burrito. Got 35 packets of hot sauce in my bag. Only... used two. Called manager to give her a heads up. I was just trying to help them with their service. She hung up on me didn?t,let me finish, didn?t want to hear it. I would like to talk to the headquarters about this issue. I usually love eating here but I was served 2 rotten tacos, called ahead and told I was going to get a refund. When I arrived... some lady manager tried outright denying ever doing refunds until I told her I was told I would get one.
