I walked in today for a toasted cold cut combo. So as the girl was making it to my liking, I told some salt and pepper. She then... took to the salt sprinkler and doused the entire sandwich with salt! I was horrified. I told her that was waaaaaay too much. SoI threw it out and her prepare me another one. I walk inside this building and no one was at the counter to greet me. Then i said hello out loud in front of the counter and no... one still came out to greet me. I walk left of the counter so I could see into the kitchen and all the employee was talking inthe kitchen. Then a young lady walk toward me adjusted her mask and never wash her hands. Delicious sandwiches, convenient hours and friendly staff, very kind and following safe protocols. Had the Italian B.M.T. and it... was perfect. The subs are best toasted, gives a nice crust but not too crunchy. I prefer their sandwiches to some that havehard, thick bread you can't bite into. Read more
Completed an order online and went straight to the cashier and was ignored. Then the owner/ manager came out and I asked him to... see if that was mine as I pointed to the bag with food in it. He looked at me like I kicked his dog and handed me the bagwithout checking. He threw the receipt away and motioned me to leave. Very unprofessional and rude. So I ended up withsomeone else's order and had just worked a night shift so didn't want to fight. Ate it and moved on. Will not go back thereever. Read more
