There was only one person working and she did a great job. Food was hot and fresh. The cookie I ordered was over baked and... looked like a bite had already been taken out of it. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich from UberEATS. I unchecked all vegetables for the sandwich. For some reason they put a... bunch of pepperoncini on my sandwich. I selected reorder for several sandwiches I get at this location. I got my sandwiches but no toppings on them. I called and a... female manager answered. I told her the issue and immediately got an attitude. First I was told we made them like you ordered.I've never ordered plain sandwiches. I was told come back and we'll hand you the toppings. I replied I get my sandwiches toastedwhich these were not. She then keeps reiterating how nothing is her fault. My temper was fairly elevated by this time. Finallyit's decided I'll just bring the sandwiches back and they'll fix them with the toppings. That was reasonable to me. I told herI'd be back soon. Instead of leaving the conversation as is. She decides I apparently hadn't heard enough times already thatthis isn't her problem. I'm done with this location. I'm sure they could care less. I'm disabled and ride a cart to get my food.I'd gladly go in and grab my food if an employee would be kind enough to help with the door. Instead they bring the food out tome. That certainly sounds nice. I however end up having to wait until every walk in has there order made and paid for. So I maybe waiting for a half dozen people to be helped because I can't hold doors open myself to get my mobility cart through. Read more
This subway has the best employees. They are always cheerful and very helpful. It's nice to walk in and see the smiles. It's a... friendly, welcoming and clean place where you can sit and enjoy a delicious sandwich. I love this subway. The manager, Cari, isthe best. Regular Subway. I placed an order through the app, my food was ready when I arrived and tasted good. The service here is... sometimes a little slower than at other Subway's, they do get busy during the day and in the evenings. Read more
