Mobile order seems to mean that when you get there, they will start to make it.... after you stand in line. It makes the process... longer. Also offers for free cookie with double meat does not apply to online orders.... Read more

I forgot how good subway really is awesome friendly staff and the all american club wrap is dynamite would definitely recommend.

Subway has gotten WAY more expensive. I like the food but I'm very disappointed with the price.

I ordered a cheese and mayo, that's it, for my granddaughter. Charged $12+. They had nothing like that on the register so I had... to pay for a full on everything vegi.the clerk would not budge. So overpriced. I won't go back. Ever. Read more

I've been to this location 3 times before this experience and never had any prior complaints. HOWEVER, this particular visit was... borderline cancerous. The sandwich artist on shift was a younger male. (Late teens-early 20's) (black short hair) 7:50pm4/8/2019. The initial part of this experience went okay. My boyfriend and I told him what sandwiches we wanted, and what themeat and cheese toppings would be. Other than a demeanour of complete lack of care on the employees part; nothing yet was tooupsetting. After he toasted our sandwiches, we assumed he would move on to the veggies part. INSTEAD, he moved on to the familybehind us in line and left our sandwiches out in the cold. One of the members of the family even noticed how long our sandwichessat there waiting, and let us go ahead of her and her family to finally pick our veggies. Naturally, we asked if he could putthe sandwiches back in the toaster to warm them again.. straight after he went right back to helping the family. He let oursandwiches ring three times before opening the toaster oven door, just to let them sit there and burn. (I've worked at 2 subwaylocations and leaving sandwiches in the toaster oven is never allowed.) Finally, after he finished with the family, he came backaround to us. When he took our sandwiches out they were burnt, black, and flakey. He skimmed on all the veggies, my boyfriendhad to ask for onions 3 times. By the time we finally got to eat, the bread was just a black and brown cracker. I have no cluewhat was wrong with this kid, he shouldn't be in costumer service. Stick him in the back cleaning toilets. That will fit hismental capabilities perfectly. 1/10 will never go here again. Don't even waste your money. Read more

Sarah handled my order for my Christmas tray party. She was a true delight to work with she had it all to together, and the... trays where great I will use this subway and Sarah crew again.outstsnding customer service from start to finish I pick-up thetrays and I was surprised with the amount of food that I saw on those trays. Outstanding and great taste. Her crew took greatcare of my order and was very polite. That is something that you don't find in Tucson customer based business.
