I mean it's Subway. Not much to say. Except for they no longer have the chicken breast it's chucked rotisserie chicken now... which honestly has better flavor. They're not the best sandwiches but by no means are they the worst. It was close andconvenient to eat there for my lunchbreak. Read more
It?s always a straining journey through the desert heat to find this white suburbia mirage dreamland, but I do. I?ve been making... My way here since junior year before I shave cats and mop floors across the street, and it?s always been an experience. It?snothing treasuring or memorable, but it?s not terrible either. Their staff is awesome, always having a smile on their face asthey put a drop of mayonnaise on my sandwich. They?re also one of the few restaurants to serve Oven baked lays (pregnancycravings????). Subway is a very lonely place, there?s many tables, but only one person ever shares them, because subwaydefinitely doesn?t contribute to secret societies, and I am totally not a lizard person. Service is fine, food was good, my daughter and I always enjoy a little luncheon there :)
The app wasn't working so no deals. And the staff admitted that the this was the third they heard it that day. And offered no... gestures of goodwill to save the day. Even if my cookies had been comped, I would have been happy. Don't worry, I'll take myvoting dollars somewhere else. Read more
If I could give less than a one star review I would. Employees tried to give my son RAW bacon and when I asked her to cook it... she seemed annoyed. She seemed annoyed the entire order making process. We left and went to the North Campbell location where wehad great service and we?re not served raw food. Read more
Horrible service! Staff member present was extremely rude and unpleasant, misleading, presumptuous, and didn't even make a tasty... sandwich for all that trouble! I cannot believe I paid money to eat that and be treated like that for simply coming in to ordera sandwich. I'm not a "customer is always right" person; I've worked retail far too long to believe that lie. But wow, I wouldexpect the customer to at least be spoken to civilly, without snide comments and eye rolls, given what was ordered rather thantold halfway through making it that they were making a different sandwich since they were out of one of my meats (so tell methen and I will order a different sandwich?), lied to about what I would be charged, and then overcharged for a sandwich Ididn't even order! And then to find out the sandwich was over -toasted and was both chewy and crunchy and felt stale. I'm sorrybut that was definitely in the top five of worst customer service experiences. The place was clean and open. And I've had goodsubway sandwiches before. That's all I can say, literally. I have NOT ONE single thing I can add that isn't negative. If thisperson works here, I won't come here. There's a subway three blocks away. I'll drive there, despite the price of gas. Read more
As a business the owner of this company is a joke. Will let a customer threaten their staff, customers, and bystanders with... threats of a gun and then do NOTHING about it.
