a note to DJ JOZone: Go Back. Anthony the Manager was there today & wants to hear from ya. i had not gone back since my bad... experience w an older employee (won't go into detail) but Today the young lady Crissy saw me in the parking lot (I work in theplaza) & let me know how she felt with the experience that caused me not to go back. (On another occasion, I found their signbroken thrown in the parking lot & gave it to the big guy who smokes in the front All the time. He didn't say a word, took itfrom me as if he could really care less.) Chrissy's sweetness as always and kindness got me to go back in today and speak to themanager Anthony. Those two are exceptional. They have professional attitudes, they're attentive and build your sandwich exactlyhow YOU want it w a Smile! I eat subway every single day. I absolutely love it. However, that being said I will NEVER step foot inside this establishment... again. It?s one thing if you are having a bad day or hate your job but don?t treat people with utter disrespect. To look atsomebody in disgust and not say a single word like it?s our privilege to be served by such a divine being is repulsive. No?hello? or simple ?hi? just an irritated scowl as if I just knocked your ice cream right out your hand ???? to the floor. I amsure that I am not the only individual who has experienced this an likely will not be the last. I am not one to take to googleto write a scathing review, however this just hit hard. If you want subway go to oracle where the people are friendly andwelcoming. The girls greet you and treat you with respect as they may not enjoy having to work they have no indication ofreflecting their otherwise poor attitude onto somebody undeserving of it. I?m sure this will not find its way to miss attitudesdoor step but writing has made me feel a lot better. Sorry if you are like me and have had this same HORRIBLE experience, Iexpect a lot more from subway. Read more

Vicki was the best. She was the only one working countless orders in the store aside from making online orders. I had 2 online... orders and she was the just great with all the customers who stuck around while she did everything. You guys need more reliableworkers and people like her. Vicki was amazing and respectful with great customer service skills. However the guy that was working there was rude and... disrespectful with no customer service skills and had to be told multiple times what the order was. Read more

This place is great. I come here all the time for sandwiches for work and they always make the best ones. Also, I totally messed... up my ordered using the subway online site ordering application on my phone. The manager and employee helped me fix my order andwere extremely helpful. Read more

It would be amazing to be able to pick up a delivery and not have to wait 30 minutes at one of the slowest Subways. The poor... CUSTOMERS who order their food for delivery have to wait insanely long because of incompetent staff. I witnessed three differentdelivery drivers walk out and cancel orders because the staff at this location continuously kept skipping past the deliveryorders for people walking in. Delivery customers are still customers and should be treated fairly. And you should be treatingdelivery fairly as well. Read more
