If I could give it a negative star I would give it several. They do not understand cross-contamination and how dangerous it... truly is I ordered a sandwich and there was pickle juice on the lettuce I almost went into anaphylactic shock. The owner ormanager or whoever reached out by offering me a 6-inch free sub and telling me to look at the ingredients of stuff ingredientshave nothing to do with cross contamination it is an outrage and they could kill somebody in the fact they don't care speaksvolumes!!!! We have given this subway 4 tries and each time it's been terrible. Everytime they hardly put any veggies. How do you do a pinch... of lettuce? I couldnt even see the lettuce on my sandwich. I'm not saying you have to go over board but what exactly am I payingfor? Employees during the evening are not friendly at all. We will not be back. Read more
This is a pretty standard Subway. The not so good: I've been going to this location for years and I generally get behind... someone in line that's doing a super complicated order, but that's not their fault. Maybe it's just my bad luck. About 50% ofthe time the employees kind of seem like they're just waiting to do something better. It's like they flip a coin and loser hasto help the customer and the other gets to hang out in the office. The parking lot is kind of tight. Now for the good: Theplace is always clean and well stocked. The service is always quick-ish. I usually get the foot long veggie on flatbread andit's always good. Glad they have Coke Zero at the fountain. The cookies by the register always look freaking good but I've nevertried. Maybe next time! Read more

I love subway, I eat at the one on Houghton and Rita just about everyday but today was a big disappointment for the one on 22nd... and Harrison for me. I only get salads when I go and the girl who helped me didn't seem interested at all with such attitude.She hardly put any greens in the bowl and the meat isn't even chopped up. You don't order a salad and expect a pinch of lettuceand spinach. I had to "rechop" when I got home and add some more greens. Ridiculous. Read more
Shawn I know how you feel but the fact is if we don't say anything the manger (owners) don't know that there is a possible... problem that needs to be addressed. Reviews both good and bad are an important part of any companies success or failure. Read more
I usually don't write bad reviews, but this one is well-deserved. It's been a long time since I've had such an uninspired,... non-friendly customer service experience as I had just now. One person seemed brand new to the job, he was fine; the personhandling the check-out and finishing up the sandwiches had the personality of a paper cup, was messy, slow, and seemed to notreally care about her appearance whatsoever. Complete embarrassment of what is normally a decent staff. I'll walk out and gosomewhere else if I see her working there the next time I go in for a visit. Read more
