It took 28 minutes to get a decaf coffee. Nothing fancy. The place was crowded and the lack of staff created a massive... slowdown in service. There was one person making drinks and serving food, one at the drive-thru and one cashier that I couldsee. I finally had to ask where my drink was and 2 orders later it came, not quite the way I ordered it. I will go to anotherlocation next time. This location is understaffed.. Read more

Quick lunch stop. Picked up a sandwich and iced coffee. Only had 20 minutes... Best part was the friendly wait staff, she ... warmed up the sandwich that turned out to be delicious ???? and the coffee was good too. Read more

If I ask for light ice , GIVE ME LIGHT ICE , especially if I pay $18 for two specialty drinks , the reason for it , is I want... more of the product by reducing the amount of ice but of course , they can?t listen to me .....these people want $15 an hour ormore???????, Ha!!! I?m giving them 2 stars because my daughter?s drink was perfect; just the way she wanted it. Mine on the other hand... I don?t... normally ask for or even expect perfection, but when I?m paying between $5 to $7 for my cup of coffee, I should at least expectto get what I ask for. And what I asked for was no foam. The first picture is the first attempt. Not sure if you can really tellfrom the angle, but there?s definitely foam in this cup. So, I politely showed the barista the foam and he (very politely, Iwill give him that!) stated that they couldn?t take it back ( because we?re living in these times of COVID), but that they wouldmake another one for me. BTW the drink was a soy vanilla latte, no foam. And before you ask, I mentioned ?no foam? at leasttwice; once when I ordered, and a second time when I pulled up to the window. I did this because he didn?t repeat ?no foam?back when he restated my order to me, so I wanted to be sure he heard. The second picture is the second attempt. Which had morefoam than the first. Since they were obviously taking the mick, I just thanked him and drove off. I know that this drink can bemade without foam because I have had it made this way plenty of times at many other Starbucks. Not sure why they couldn?t seemto do it here. If this was a $1 or $2 cup of coffee, this post wouldn?t even be happening. But Starbucks bills itself as thebest in the business and they charge you enough to let you know this. If I?m willing to pay these prices, then I expect toreceive exactly what I ordered. Read more

If you like a coffee shop with a big city feel, this is the place for you. Stop in during the morning rush and you will be smack... in the middle of controlled chaos. No quiet background bistro music here. I must say I'm impressed with the volume of customersthey are able to handle, Even though I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and they handed me a hot caramel macchiato andwhen I told her it was supposed to be iced not hot the nice girl dumped out my order and said she would remake it. Why wasteperfectly good coffee?! Just give me the messed up one, and my corrected order. Oh well still a damn good cup of coffee. Alsowatch out for that drive through which often times wraps around the parking lot especially right before 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Read more
