Worst Starbucks in Tucson. Every time I go, service is terrible. It takes FOREVER to get your drink. Everyone seems half asleep... every time I go, the staff work in slow motion. They never seem trained and are always getting my order wrong and making mydrink after many people behind me in line. Save your money and go to the location on Euclid and University instead, much betterexperience and service always. Read more
Seriously, just because this store serve students the quality doesn?t have to be bad. They charge $2 for water, no refills for... coffee. I rather the UofA bring back the little store it was here. Read more
Very very slow staff, expect to wait 20+ minutes for a single drink, and it was not even crowded. I understand it's nobody's... dreamjob, but this is just ridiculous. There is no way these people move this slow outside of work. Read more
Was waiting for my daughter. Decided to grab a drink. Both today and yesterday I waited over 30 min. When I asked for an update... around 15 min, the girl yelled at me and said ?there are other people ahead of you!? The blonde girl in a pony tail who washelping make the drinks 9:40 am. I also over heard her tell another student who was waiting even longer than I, that she wouldnot reheat her loaf because there are other people waiting and that she would have to get back in line. This poor girls loaf wascold from waiting. It would be more time efficient to drive off campus. Slowest workers I?ve ever seen. Read more
Customer service was rough, bad attitudes, they weren't even busy either, gave me dirty looks and explained to me what a caramel... iced coffee was when I ordered it (???) They don't take stars here either, which makes no sense. I just don't recommend it here,and won't be coming back anytime soon. Hopefully customer service gets better. Read more
You guys mixed up the pumps, and put hand sanitizer into my white mocha. Not to be harsh but this caused me to get really sick... and is honestly quite concerning. I realize it's a stressful job serving that many students, but please pay more attentionbecause I feel awful right now and don't want this to happen to anybody else especially when you pay five dollars for a drinkjust to have it ruined!!! I always go in and got used to the long waits and seemingly uninterested behavior but today I ordered something different,... usually I order a chai tea latte but I decided to get a pumpkin spice lattes with an extra shot of espresso (exactly how I saidit as I ordered it), and ended up with only one shot of espresso in the whole drink (when there was supposed to be 3 since agrande comes with 2 shots naturally + I ordered a 3rd shot to be added). I noticed the problem immediately and tried it anyway,but it was just sugary milk, so I went back in immediately and asked if an extra shot was added. The guy who I saw putting thespice on top and gave me the drink said he didn't know cause he didn't make the drink, and the only other lady who could've madeit just stared at me and didn't do anything. I didn't want to start a whole fuss so I ate it and drank the drink but thoroughlydid not enjoy it and am frustrated with how I was treated and people acted like I was insignificant and invisible. No problemsolving was attempted, they just wanted me out of their store so they could keep doing their job as minimally as possible. Thiswas a waste of almost 7$ and makes me not want to go back to a starbucks, though based on past experiences I know not alllocations are as awful and careless as this one. Awful experience and wildly unsatisfied with a bad taste in my tongue left fromtheir customer service. Read more
