Always fast, always good, but they've lost their customer service chops. Say hi, ask if we need help with anything. I get that... you deal with a thousand people a day, but when someone is starting at you for a few minutes, it should be a clue they needsomething, same it's probably something quick like a stopper or something, otherwise they'd be in line. This location at Craycroft and Broadway drive thru was terribly overgrown. The greenery touched my vehicle on both sides. ... Awful! I would have been overcharged for my usual drink if I hadn't been paying attention. I showed the barista my usual orderreceipts to verify it. I love Starbucks but this location needs some work. Sean made my drink very well he is definitely the highlight of the entire store.
Staff was really friendly. This is a clean new store and the atmosphere was very east going. One issue I noticed is that it was... very noisy in there and it was coming from behind the counter. It's not a jab at the staff, it's just the sound of the work theydo. I feel they could have done better with the sound deadening at this location. It sounded like a noisy food hall. Read more

my only complaint is every time I order a Venti here, I'm given their substitute cups for the size, which are very obviously... slightly smaller than the actual Venti cups. I do my best to go to other Starbucks stores for this reason. Read more
