Always fast, always good, but they've lost their customer service chops. Say hi, ask if we need help with anything. I get that... you deal with a thousand people a day, but when someone is starting at you for a few minutes, it should be a clue they needsomething, same it's probably something quick like a stopper or something, otherwise they'd be in line. This location at Craycroft and Broadway drive thru was terribly overgrown. The greenery touched my vehicle on both sides. ... Awful! I would have been overcharged for my usual drink if I hadn't been paying attention. I showed the barista my usual orderreceipts to verify it. I love Starbucks but this location needs some work.
