This is the best Starbucks in town they always have the best customer service and the best thing there is that all the drinks... I?ve gotten from this place are delicious! They have never given me a drink that taste?s awful, they are always on point withthe drinks they make here. Also they never take a long time to get you through on the drive thru thats is something that i loveabout this location! Opens at 5 am enjoy the outside seating the dogs love their pup cups of whip cream while we have our Starbucks drinks
This location does not offers samples to clients. This is the second time I come to this location and ask for a sample cup and... they say they don?t do samples. Back in November I asked for a ?Pumpkin Spice Late? sample and I was told they had to make awhole new drink in order to make a sample, this time today April 1, 2022 at 1:16 PM as it says on the sticker on my cup drink, Iordered two refreshen drinks, and a sample cup of one of my drinks and the lady said ?We don?t do samples here, we don't evenhave sample cups? I am very disappointed with this. I wanted the sample of my drink for my daughter to try it. It is ridiculousthat you guys give out cream cups for dogs but cant give out a client an empty sample cup to put their paid drink for someoneelse to try. I feel like not offering sample sizes to clients for their children to try is children discrimination while dogscan have cream cups. Read more
They seem severely understaffed and stressed out. I ordered mobile for a hot green tea latte and it was iced and not mixed well.... The teller seemed really short and I felt bad being there at all. Hope they can get more staff or better management and relaxthe atmosphere, the vibe I picked up was that the staff deserve to be treated better. Read more
Despite the long line every morning, the wait time is incredibly short; this location probably has the fastest service out of... all Starbucks I have visited. I believe the employees they have at this location are superb but I want to give a special shoutout to Branson, whom has incredible customer service! The one time they served me the incorrect drink, Branson was proactive infixing it and was very apologetic. Although all Starbucks have the same drinks and hardly any variation in taste, the team atthis location make it worth the visit. Read more
The drinks are always good. Got a stale/ overdone croissant when I came in. Called the shop & they replaced or & were so... apologetic! Love them for that! Read more
