Since this place advertises itself as LGBTQ+ friendly I have often stopped by for a latte. Today I stopped by and asked if I... could have a cup of ice with a few hits of chocolate, no coffee. The cashier who waited on me wanted to charge for what is freeat other Starbucks. I told him that. I asked him why he was so concerned about making money for a billionaire. A cup of ice witha few shots of coffee costs Starbucks less than a penny. The male cashier said he has to charge for everything. I went toanother Starbucks asked for the same thing was given it without question at no charge. I will not be going to this greedy placeagain unless they start hiring more people oriented employees. Staff are very pleasant taking your order and serving you with a smile. I can only speak on one food item at this location. The... double smoke bacon sandwich was nice and toasty and warned me up nicely just after a monsoon. I wish the drinks were mixed a bitmore without the extra request as the sugar and caramel always sludge's to the bottom of the drinks. Other then that verypleased. Clean store... Clean restrooms. This particular Starbucks on Speedway has an employee who is very friendly and enthusiastic and he got me all excited about... passionfruit tea and lemonade, with one pump classic and one pump raspberry. I wish I'd gotten his name! Anyway. Everyone elsewho works there seems cool too :) nice spot. Read more
