During my visit I had to go through the drive-thru due to having children in the car and not having enough hands to care for my... children and carry seven drinks. Once the order was placed the manager was very rude unprofessional and stated that the limitwas 5 drinks, and that going forward should I ever have to order more than five drinks I must go inside the store. I contacteda different store with a drive-thru to confirm however they explain to me that though it's not ideal they will just have youpark in the front and run it out. I have no issue waiting for the drinks and have it ran out but I do have an issue when acustomer service manager is unprofessional and is bothered by the fact that you're clientele is bringing in business. This morning I stopped by to get a coffee and then realized I forgot my wallet at home- I have been recovering from being really... sick several weeks ago and dealing with the after brain fog! I was so embarrassed and frazzled and then the barista handed methe coffee i ordered and smiled, and i was almost in tears. My 8 year old in the backseat said, ?that was the nicest personI?ve ever seen?. That act of kindness was so special for him to see, and meant the world to me.
